Revivo operates as a private B2B digital platform that connects textile manufacturers with verified professional buyers to give excess, surplus, or non-standard fabric stock a second life.

Revivo does not manufacture, own, or resell fabric.

We act exclusively as a connector and operational facilitator between sellers and buyers.

All listings are managed and uploaded by the Revivo team based on information provided by manufacturers, ensuring quality control, traceability, and compliance.

Services Included

Revivo provides the following services:

Listing & Marketplace Access
Preparation and publication of fabric stock listings on a controlled-access B2B platform.

Buyer Access & Matching
Access for verified professional buyers to view available fabric lots and submit purchase offers.

Transaction Facilitation
Coordination between seller and buyer until a transaction is finalized.

Operational Coordination
Support in coordinating logistics through third-party transport partners (logistics costs are borne by the seller or buyer, depending on agreement).

Revivo does not guarantee sales and does not set final fabric prices.

Final pricing decisions are always made by the seller.

Pricing Model

Revivo operates on a two-step commission model applied only to successfully completed transactions.

Transaction-Based Commission (10% Total)

Revivo charges a total commission of 10% on the final transaction value, collected in two stages to ensure security and transparency for both parties.

Step 1 — Transaction Approval (5%)

When a buyer’s offer is accepted by the seller, the buyer makes an upfront payment.
Upon receipt of this upfront payment, Revivo retains 5% of the transaction value as an initial service commission.
This step confirms the transaction and secures the order.

Step 2 — Delivery & Confirmation (5%)

Following delivery of the goods, the buyer has up to seven (7) calendar days to inspect the products and raise any objection or dispute.
If no objection is raised within this 7-day claim period, the buyer is contractually obliged to complete the remaining payment.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.
Upon receipt of the remaining payment, Revivo retains the final 5% commission, completing the total 10% transaction fee, and releases the balance to the seller.
